fairley hit the qb late one time. the rest of the game was all thuga. in the second half the film clearly shows thuga players twisting fairleys leg and throwing punches. thuga
then clearly cleared their bench, yet auburn had two players ejected. those ejections nearly cost us the national championship.
add to that clearing the benches vs. vandy, winning the fulmer cup, 30+ arrests in two years, you get thuga.

He just wasn't aggressive enough with play calling and discipline on the players, hence the arrests and an ass load of stupid penaties every game. This is the first season, after the first two games of course, that he ran the score up if he had the chance to. I've talked with plenty of people this year about how he's not doing his normal coaching routines that would always sell us short.

It also requires a certain amount of luck. Auburn didn't exactly blow out Clemson or S. Carolina and had to come back. I just hate when everyone talks so black/white about college football. Geez, its mostly 18-21 year old kids, anything can happen week to week. On top of that you have injuries, suspensions, arrests, child molestation......
And truth be told, at this point, I would take Richt at S. Carolina over Spurrier if UGA doesn't want him.

We were underdogs last year geniuses.. I knew we had a shot at winning, but never thought we would be up so much at halftime. and yes, we choked mightily in the second half.. I've taken my lumps for 12 months. No way that happens this year.
