06 R6 electrical help code 46

Threw the 46 code on the way home. Cannot get it to start. Replaced Rectifier regulator and jumped it off. Ran good till i asked wife to flip high beam on....she hit kill switch....now the starter relay just clicks.
Any help or advice? I pulled all fairings and the tank, followed the manual and metered almost all of it( cant test the R/R due to no start condition)

Check output from the stator while running in AC current from lead to lead. Should put out upwards of 70v AC current at around 5k rpm. Throwing parts at it wont solve the problem. If you put a good rectifier on a damaged or faulty stator you will just burn it up.
