Does anyone know about KryptonBulbs.com? I order some HID Projectors from Josh Sauls (owner) and sent off my headlights. It's been over a month and haven't received any status updates on my order. I've tried contacting him via email, phone calls, posting on his forum, and even sent him 3 personal letters. Evidently, there are others on his forum dissatisfied with his service. Anyone have any suggestions for me?

You're not the only one with this exact experience.
A guy over on the FZ6R forums from Vegas is going through the same thing.

Email him from another account asking to do business, then when he answers, corner him again on it.

Either way, good luck.

I did extensive research on him before going through with it and everyone gave him a great review. Keep in mind this was 6 months ago before he sketched out. I received my headlights with the HID Projector Mod, but it was faulty so I sent them back. The joker never replied and it's been 7 weeks now. I'm beyond pissed. Paypal can't do anything about it because it's been over 45 days of purchase.

Ahh yeh, that's about when he just lost it. He seemed to be a genuine dude ~6 or so months ago. But over the Summer he started flaking. Hopefully you'll get it resolved. It seems the only people that got their stuff back were the ones that were VERY persistent about it. Keep up the calls and emails.

Forgive my ignorance on this, track gods, but would someone on here not have a set they might be willing to part with from a track converted bike? When I ask that, it's not as an act of recommended charity, just a technical question as to if those headlights are able to be interchanged.

That will at least make your bike whole again, even if your wallet isn't, so you can ride.

Nope.. it appears to me that KryptonBulbs is only honoring customer service to his new customer bc they are within Paypal's 45 Day Buyer Protection, meanwhile he neglects and avoids his "older" customers. I've contacted 4 other dissatisfied customers on KryptonBulb's forum and hopefully as a collective body we can do something about his inaction when it comes to honoring his lifetime warranty.
