Job 1:
Position: Database Administrator (DBA)
Contract: 12 months to Hire
Overview:
Automobile Protection Company (APCO), located in Norcross Georgia, which markets and administers a host of
benefits and services designed to make the vehicle ownership more enjoyable in both the United States and
Canada, is seeking a Database Administrator for monitoring and administration of multiple Sql Server database
servers supporting internal and external (web-facing) applications.
Responsibilities include backup/restore, Integrity Checks, Index Maintenance, Review of Error Logs, Manage Sql
Agent Jobs, Test Backup, Monitor Performance, Test of Disaster Recovery, and Security Management.
The applicant must be able to work independently, as well as part of a close-knit, cross-functional project team
with both technical and non-technical team members. Effective communication, problem-solving, and
organizational skills are a must. S/he must possess extreme attention to detail and a high level of accountability
and responsibility.
Preferred Experience:
• BS degree in computer science, math or other technical discipline
• 5+ years DBA experience using Sql Server 2005,2008 or Oracle.
• Minimum 1 year DBA experience with Sql Server 2005,2008.
• Experience needed in the following areas:
o Sql Server installation
o Log Management,
o Maintenance Plans
o Integration Services
o Performance Monitoring/Optimization, SQL Profiler
o Policy Based Management (Audit).
o Partitioning
o Task Automation
• Experience in following areas a plus:
o High Availability(Mirroring/Clustering)
o Powershell
o Dynamic Management Objects
o Third Party Tools (Idera, Quest, Redgate)
• Excellent communication skills
• Exposure to application development utilizing .NET a plus
• Familiarity with Sql Server in a VM environment a plus.

Job 2:
Position: Application Developer: Production Support
Contract: 12 months t o Hire
Overview:
Automobile Protection Company (APCO), located in Norcross Georgia, which markets and administers
a host of benefits and services designed to make the vehicle ownership more enjoyable in both the
United States and Canada, is seeking an Application Developer Contractor with at least 5 years of full
life cycle development experience to assist in production support of the current application systems.
Responsibilities include working with project teams and other developers to create internal and
external solutions; which involves working with clients and project staff to gather project requirements;
and, working with other developers and online production staff to build, test, debug and troubleshoot
deliverables for a wide range of project types.
The applicant must be able to work as part of a close-knit, cross-functional project team with both
technical and non-technical team members. Effective communication, problem-solving, and
organizational skills are a must. S/he must possess extreme attention to detail and a high level of
accountability and responsibility. Experience in Vehicle Service Contracts or insurance industry a plus
but not required.
Preferred Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science or Technology related discipline.
· 5+ years developing and/or supporting 4GL or C applications within a multi-tiered
environment.
· Proven experience with SQL Server and CISAM file systems.
· Strong AIX/Unix administration and shell scripting skills required.
· Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills a must.
· Strong teamwork, project management and communication skills, including demonstrated
track record in working on multiple enhancements with short timelines in a fast-paced
environment.

marts
· Proven experience with web services architectures
· Working knowledge of Unix, C and Unix Shell Scripting
· Strong teamwork, project management and communication skills, including demonstrated track
record in managing multiple projects with short timelines in a fast-paced environment

Job 4:
Position: Configuration Management Engineer
Contract: 12 months t o Hire
Overview:
Automobile Protection Company (APCO), located in Norcross Georgia, which markets and administers a
host of benefits and services designed to make the vehicle ownership more enjoyable in both the United
States and Canada, is seeking a Configuration Management Engineer with at least 3 years of configuration
and build management experience in a Windows environment.
The Configuration Management Engineer is a very knowledgeable and seasoned individual in all facets of
configuration, build, deploy and release of software, within a distributed environment. This individual is
responsible for defining scripts, procedures and processes necessary for the management of the
company’s source code control system, software build process and software deployment process. This
individual would be responsible for implementing and managing the continuous build process and
deployment of code and work within IT to develop software build & deploy best practices, standards,
procedures and tools. The Engineer would also be responsible for controlling software branches, executing
builds and automating the deploy process for test and production software environments.
Responsibilities include (1) owning the configuration/build/release management for the team for all ongoing
programs, (2) creating, maintaining and managing software release mechanics (including any required
automation tools or scripts) and (3) assisting in release and deployment duties as needed

record in managing multiple projects with short timelines in a fast-paced environment
· Experience with Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) is a plus
· Experience with Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services is a plus
