Got to love new gear....

Thanks to Knox I have a new back protector, chest protector and gloves. Very happy with all the gear. Was worried about the sizing of the gloves, but ordered a large and they will be perfect once broken in. Now if funds afford it, time for some new leathers.

I have to break them in, but first thought is I will like them a lot. I am very picky about my gloves. I like a nice tight fit, don't like the fingers to long, etc. My current Alpinstars are perfect so very leery of a new brand. But I have to say I think these will be very nice. They fit nice and tight and the thumb felt a little long but as I have worn them I found that as the glove sits down more on the palm the thumb is perfect. Look forward to getting on the bike and riding with them at the first track event and will let you know once I actually get some riding time in with them.

Sold my Moto GP leathers long ago and the Teknics are old and need to be replaced. They have treated me well. I cannot say enough good things about their high end suits.

Yeah I heard that. Not sure how old yours are but I heard they improved that slightly to make them less prone to coming off. In any case, my "idea" if it happens, is to put a very small drop of clear superglue on the left and right mounting points. That should stop it from popping off I think. Just an "idea" as I have not done it yet though.

I really want a pair of those gloves but my Astar GP1's are fine for now. My next set will definitely be a pair of handroids.
