Ed Bargy GSB Group Package

Hey guys, im looking to do the Ed Bargy School sometime this year, preferrably soon. The sooner the better, but im pretty open. I wanted to see if there was enough interest in putting a group together for one of the schools. They offer a group package, heres the details of it.

Group discounts

Groups of 6 or more will receive a $50.00 discount per student. Entrants must all pre-register to receive the discount. Any cancellations or fowarding to an other date will forfite the discount offer. This offer is only available by Call-In pre-registration and not available on line.

any of those dates are good for me, let me know what you guys think so we can get a date set and picked out and get all the registration taken care of.

I don't plan on something happening, but with work being the way it is I might get called last minute and don't want to cost others their hard earned money.

I've been looking to do Bargy School forever and Tally is my fav track. Please include me for 6/9 if there are any openings. My work can also drag me away suddenly but I'm willing to put up the money and take my chances on selling it if I must. I can always bill the loss to the client :jam2:

The class sizes are limited to 20, so if we get enough we will have the whole school just for us! Haha. The way it looks is we may just have a full class.

I may be able to, I'm no 100% though. I bought that trailer from chris [ramm], its a 4x8. Its pretty small, but maybe able to work it. Or I could put it in the bed of my truck. But a lot of gear and stuff would have to go with you in a seperate car. Consider it a last resort if no one else has room.

If all else fails I can always trailer it with my dad's SUV, but I want to avoid that since it gets like 13MPG and I am not comfortable driving with a trailer. I wanted to eventually get a hitch for my accord, but it is only rated to tow 1000lbs lol

ok so here are the details for now,

The day we are planning for is JUNE 9TH, which is a saturday.

- The price for the school is $375, but for our group, as long as we have at least 6, the price is $325. heres what it says on the site for the group discounts,
Groups of 6 signing up for the same school date, will receive a $50.00 discount per student. Entrants must all pre-register to receive the discount. - our group will be set up as the GEORGIA SPORTBIKE FORUM GROUP. to register, you need to call ed bargys office and PRE-REGISTER at 770-345-6474, and tell them you are with our group.

- they will require a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE/NON FORWARDABLE deposit from each person. they will take credit card deposits over the phone.

- the seats in the class are first come first served, and the class size is limited to 20 people. so it is important that you sign up as soon as you can to ensure your spot, and that we get enough people in to apply for the discount.

- as people call in and pre-register, they will update me of who has paid, and i will update the list here.

heres what the class schedule will look like,
Gates open 06:30 AM most tracks
Student sign in 07:00AM SHARP
Tech inspection of motorcycles 07:15AM
First meeting /lecture on pit road with motorcycles and suited up ready to ride 08:00AM SHARP
First track session 08:15AM
Alternation track and classroom sessions 09:00AM - 5:30PM
Written test 5:30PM. (racing school only)

ALSO, X-ACT will be running track days at tally at the same time as the school on saturday AND sunday. the class will be on saturday, so i am thinking of just camping out and doing the X-ACT trackday on sunday as well. just a heads up for those interested. :D

And if you are going to need to hitch a ride with someone, ask around, im sure theres a few peeps that can help. i dont know what the details are on camping out friday, the night before are, but ill find out. i think id rather do that. but im pretty sure they open at 5pm the night before.

awesome, are you going there with a military group?

just so everyone else knows too, ed informed me theres a group of about 12 military students looking to attend, on the same date we are aiming for. SO IT IS VITAL THAT YOU PRE-REGISTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO ENSURE YOUR SPOT AND OUR DISCOUNT!!
the class is limited to 20! and it will fill up fast!
