Machanic advice on batteries needed ASAP

Long story short in July, my rectifier and stator and battery all changed due to stator defect. The bike is a champ but pulling in the drivway the bike STOPPED cold. JUST LIKE BEFORE. battery has little to no juice. Question is
1. if the battery was new in July and NOT on a tender for the 3.5 months it sat but have ran her several trips (about 500 miles worth) could it still be bad?

I hope its just the battery cause i am going to TN, NC for a two day trip in a week an half..........:crying:

Could be but it could also be a number of other issues. If the charging system is working, the battery shouldn't be that low when the bike has just shut off for whatever reason. If you can bring it by, we'd be glad to take a peek at it. We're close and it won't take but a couple minutes to get a good idea what is going on with it.
