I had a long thread on the pre GSB crash so i don't want to re type everything so i'll just give a re-cap.

I stopped riding on the street back in 07 cause i love riding sportbikes way to fast for street. Finally came across a couple of bikes that i could just have fun with and keep at safe speeds on the public roads. Heres how my wife and i's were when we brought them home, mine was the silver one and Dena's is the black one.

I did a lot of chopping and cutting on the bike, added a springer seat, lowered the rearend 1 1/2 inches, whitewalls, blue dots in the tailights, new exhaust, and a lot more to list. It's getting a new paint job on it this weekend but i finally got it up and running last night so i'll ride the wheels off it all this week. There is still more to do but it's ridable and i'm happy with how it's turning out.

has come a long way since you got it. Im not a fan of ape bars, but they do add to the bobber styling. Bike looks great though man, i always enjoy seeing peoples personalization of a bike. My next bike may be a nighster, especially the new model for this year with the fatter tires front and rear.

That bikes called "The 48" If you are wanting it you better get on it. Not every dealer is getting one and the dealerships that are getting one is only get 1. Thanks for the props, wife is going to follow me in the truck and get a video of how the bike rides going down the road. I'll post it up prob tommorow night.

Dude. Sweet. Those pipes are sick. Is that a coating, or a shield? I like the mirror too, is it functional, or just there for legality? And are the turn signal bulbs the blue in the middle of the taillights?

The exhaust is a heat sheild over the pipes, and if i move my elbow up then i can see out of the mirror good enough. The blue dots are just blue dots. In the 50's it was something stylish you did. You buy the "Blue Dots" and they are just for doing that to your tailight. Next time you are at a car show take a look at how many cars have them.
