The preseason tests have shown that Rossi is as competitive as ever and seems focused and confident after being fastest in just about every session of testing. He has mentioned that Lorenzo and Stoner are bigger rivals than Sete and Max so perhaps he's more motivated than ever. Watching him ride, he still remains silky smooth, but to me he just looks a little more aggressive in the saddle...seems to be hanging off the bike a little more or something. I don't know if he can stay with Stoner at as Casey and the Duc seem to own this track, but if he can stay with him in the last part of the track, I think he'll push Casey through the race.<O:p

Stoner's health concerns seem to be a thing of the past with the diagnosis of lactose intolerance. Despite the Ducati losing some of it's top end he Casey - more than any other rider on the grid - seems to just make that bike his b*tch and has his way with it. Hard to bet against him at the Losail track.<O:p

Lorenzo admitted not having a good feeling with the bike during morning warm up, but hasn't complained about his recent hand injury. Still, I think he'll be a lonely third possibly picking up some scraps if Rossi or Stoner make a mistake or have mechanical issue.

It should be a good scrap for the second group, through. Hayden and Spies were about a second down from Casey in warm up and Dovi, Pedrosa and Colin were all within a half second of them.

Stoner, Rossi and Lorenzo on the box and honestly I can see Ben getting the best of Nicky if push comes to shove. Might be interesting to see the battle for top Honda with DePuniet faster in testing, but Dovi looking pretty comfortable on the RC212.<O:p</O:p

I think Pedrosa may start to lose a bit of ground...they've said he's had issues with suspension and if you watch, he does seem to be bouncing around a bit.

Some of us watched on MotoGP.com. No commercials. Real time. So yeah, it's a good thing I didn't post the results before the TV watchers got to see it. Poor Nicky. He rode a GREAT race but just didn't have the power on the finish straight.

Outstanding race! Helluva finish from Ben from 11th starting. I have a feeling having him there is going to help Colin AND Nicky. Think this is going to be a kick ass season.

Hell yeah it is! I got Speed HD after last season was over. I've been patiently waiting for this one. It looked great! So much more detail.

Gonna be a great season. Looks like "The Aliens" are still in form. Good for Ben. Hope he can get to that next level. It's still early.

I haven't watched to 125 race yet, but both MotoGP and Moto2 races were great! :up: Very encouraging start to the season for both Nicky and Ben.

Let's hope the bikes stay so closely matched for a while at least...there were some nice passes being made. (the pass Lorenzo put on Dovi may not have been so "nice", though! :eek::handclap:)

Good action in Moto2 - looking forward to see how the season pans out!:jam2:
