Are there any Bike Nights on the weekends?

I have been wondering if there are any Bike Nights on the weekends. All the Bike Nights that I see are during the weeknights. May I ask why this is?

I have wondered the same thing before. You would think it would be a little better for most people to meet up and hang out on the weekends than during the week.

most places can't cater to bike nights on weekends due to higher business on weekends

I am not sure.. but if u want u can always try to start one.. go to a local beef o bradys or buffalos or something ilke that.. sometimes they wount mind to do a bike night.. aspecially now that the economy is kinda down.. people dont eat out as much

Having worked in a bar for 3 years and knowing lots of other who still do work in the bar/restaurant biz. There are 2 main reasons one is they usually have other things that appeal to a wider audience going on for the weekends and 2 is in all honesty bike nights dont actually work out all that great for most places. Which is why they always seem to move from place to place. Lots of riders just show up to hang out and dont actually buy anything besides tea and coke. Thats fine and all but they arent gonna alienate non-bikers on busier days to sell more tea and less booze.

I know Kaysons Kennesaw on Chastain Rd. just started one on Sundays. Starts in the afternoon with a bikini bike wash then goes til whenever. Sunday before last they had a DJ outside as well.

Why would you have to worry about safety? If you're into bikes then there's nothing to worry about.

I was just playing around....I rarely dont worry bout safety cause my "safety" is with me...Most bike nites are cool and a time to network!!! Also Troy doesnt come to Atlanta that much so that would be a new experience for him, let alone Decatur :rofl:

I come to atlanta all the time. I simply avoid bike nights with big butts in the flier! :crackup:
