It's funny alright. But how can the medical marijuana movement ever hope to be taken as having an ounce of legitimacy if you get schwag like this? They might as well dump the whole charade and legalize it already. It's embarrassing.

Shouldn't be a federal law, period. It doesn't meet the criteria of a schedule I and even if it did it should be a state issue.

Don't know where the picture is from but here's (http://www.thenorthwestern.com/article/20100421/OSH03/100420164) an interesting story from Colorado. And I agree completely with winmutt. The various state laws that now allow medical marijuana sales and use and the generally loose requirements for becoming eligible have made it into a joke. It's time for the federal government to either drop the laws against it completely or put it under the ATF or FDA or something so that pot for sale to the public has to meet safety and purity standards like alcohol or tobacco or energy drinks.
