Mayweather wants Olympic style drug testing...meaning blood testing up to the day of the fight and immediately after...however...Paccio....says he won't sign off on anything that requires him to submit a vial of blood up within 24 DAYS of the fight! C'mon Paccio!!!! ....like i said earlier...if he's clean...he'll take the tests!

Pacquiao is rated #1 lb for lb boxer in the world though. Why wouldn't Mayweather want to fight him to get that title?

Mayweather has the title of "Mr. Undefeated"...he was rated the best pound for pound boxer and held titles before he retired...he keeps retiring because there's no one that is a big enough draw where it would be equally as beneficial to him as the other guy...kinda like me calling out the Rock or Ray Lewis to a pay-per-view fight...what do they have to gain....EVERYTHING To lose!!

as far as Mayweather fighting no one in their prime...there is a little truth to that...but he's fought EVERYBODY Pacquiao has fought...around the exact same time (Hatton, Marquez, Oscar)
