RapidFire Systems is looking for a full time Customer Support Technician to aid in support of our web application used by the US Army. Candidate will interface directly with customers via telephone and email for troubleshooting of basic issues.
RapidFire Systems is looking for a full time Customer Support Technician to aid in support of our web application used by the US Army. Candidate will interface directly with customers via telephone and email for troubleshooting of basic issues such as logging in and navigation of the application. Preferred candidates will possess basic computer skills with experience in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer/Firefox web browsers. Candidate should be a highly motivated quick learner and able to work in a fast paced environment while portraying a positive, professional and congenial attitude with customers. Must be a US Citizen and must be able to obtain secret military clearance. Position will require some travel for training of customers. Position will be filled immediately. Salary range is $25k - $35K.
