I purchased this to put on my father in laws 2010 F150 short bed and it is about 2 inch's two short. I have the whole set up with all hardware and both key fobs. It is missing the knob for the emergency release and the piece that goes on the tailgate, both can be ordered online. This is the electric model and cost around $2,000 new. I paid $750 for it and will let it go for $500.00.
I was told it came off a 2008 f150 short bed.
