Very clear and smooth, I like it! What kind of mount are you using?
BTW, you ran a few stop signs in the complex. :)

I didn't see any stop signs... only go signs :D
I used the suction cup mount it came with and put it on me tank. Can't wait to go to the mountains :)

R3 is the best recording mode for bikes. Wide angle 720p at 60fps makes for way better views than the narrower 1080p.

r3 is best for fast action but you are going to run into card issues using it. The camera is going to cut off on it's own in r3 and r5 mode until the firmware update comes out in a few weeks.

Interesting. We have one that records great in R3 and another that shuts off within 1-2minutes without fail. Thought we had a bum unit.

it's a card issue. firmware should fix it.

Troy, have you tried layering up rubber/foam spacers to absorb the vibrations?

I have not. the roll bar mount I am mounting to the frame slider won't allow for any spacer of any kind

yea I thought that as well because I was recording short videos. Unless you can place the camera in front of the tv and record till the battery goes dead in ALL MODES, you have the card issue. Try it, you will be surprised when you see the SOS error

I am testing now. 1 hour 10 minutes in r5 mode still good. I will keep ya posted :) If it does do an SOS when I am gone, how will I know it, when I come back if the battery is dead? Will the video stop prematurely or not be saved?

r5 works fine. it's r3 and r2 i think that has issues. you will see the sos error on the display minutes into recording. The issue is a buffer to card issue when it's trying to write the 1st file while recording. If you got errors while recording and the battery dies, the files on the card will likely be currupt or you will simply only have 1 file when you should have multiples. My cards will work fine sometimes in any mode and they won't work the next time. firmware update coming this month
