Ok, im a computer guy not a carpenter. I have a few things i need done around my house and would be willing to pay an honest hourly wage for anyone that can do them.
What i need done are:
1. I have a window that is rotting at the bottom (the outside wood) and need it fixed/replaced
2. The top trim of my fireplace (on top of the roof) is wood and one side is rotting through, need it replaced
3. One of my shutters is falling off (just noticed as i was writting this). Ill go an try and fix that myself but that may be on the list as well.
4. There is another piece of wood rotting right under the lip of my roof. Its about a 3 foot section, i would like that replaced.
So, if anyone feels like making some extra money I dont think that stuff is too hard. Ill pay for supplies and an hourly rate or, if you have your own pay schedule just let me know.
