Anyone Done Sportbike Track Time??

Anyone done this at Dega or Road Atl? I have never done it and want to know if it's worh it. Also, my dad rides an '05 VMax. It's obviously for sportbikes, but I was wondering if he'd be out of place on a VMax - not really a sport, but not a cruiser either. My first impression is that you can't beat a few hours of hard riding ticket free for $100-$200. Opinions are welcomed.

STT is a great well run organization, all the instructors go out of there way to be helpful, and they put safty first. Down to earth good folks. I have done about 5 weekend with STT all at Barber, total blast.

Just signed up for STT for RA in July. From all the support I have recieved for my first track day, you can't go wrong with them. Im going with my buddy Signal 90 to Tally and Barber before we hit RA and can tell you they are good folk. Your VMax is sweet on the straights, but the corners migh pose an issue, as I have ridden one before and could not get that thing to turn or lean, but again, I was not expierenced on it, just traded for the ride home after a bike night with a fellow rider, then switched back.

It's not STT's hazing you need to worry about, it's Marc's. Let's just say you need to remember the term "don't drop the soap" when you're around Marc and if he starts winking at you and making little squealing noises, run away, very fast. :D
