Tennessee Department of Transportation emergency contractor Pacific Blasting & Demolition removes unstable rock using low impact trim blasting. This is the third trim blast on the stabilization and repair project after a rockslide in Blount County, Tennessee closed U.S. 129/SR-115 "The Dragon" on March 14, 2010.
