H21W blinker bulbs

Can anyone tell me where to get the H21W blinker bulb for a fender eliminator at? I do not know what kind the eliminator is. It was already on the bike when I purchased it. I live in Griffin and can not locate a business around here that has one. Any help would be appreciated.

I had a hard time when my flush mount blinkers had a bad bulb. I ended up getting some led's
