The reply notices sent to home email

I have been looking to find the way to stop all of these email notifications of replies to posts. :duh: Could some one please help with this? It's a real "bear" when I don't check my email everyday and then WHAM!! you have a 100 new emails. :doh:

Upper right hand part of the pages is a link to Setttings, then left side towards the bottom click on General Settings. Mid way down is a box for the default subscription mode.

If you want, I think and admin/mod can kill all your subscriptions at once.

And you can definitely go into your settings and make it where you aren't automatically emailed every time you reply to a thread.
