Wet leather care?

After all this rain and the miles we're putting down in it....all my gear has been soaked. But my gloves are getting stiff and seems to be srinking. I have A* Sp-2 gloves. After putting them on yesterday they seem to be stiff and lost about a size.

I tried saddle soap And it softened them up but they are still tight....


Any ideas?

Lanolin - used in hand creams which will work fine on leather. But basically any conditioning type cream with lanolin.

^^ Yep what he said... And make sure they are flat or hanging while Air Drying... Good time to put new bee's wax on the zippers too... Or WD-40 like me if your a cheap ass...
