Obama's new Attorney General, Eric Holder, has already said this is one of his major issues. He does not believe the 2ndAmendment gives individuals the right to bear arms.

Staring down the barrel of my gun when coming to get it any authority will quickly realize that the 2nd Amendment gave me the right to bear arms!
