Looking for SaaS developers for contract work

I'm a consultant with over 26 years of experience, both in managing teams and developing entire enterprise applications by myself. I am now in a position to take on more projects than I can handle solo so I'm looking for qualified candidates to flesh out my development team(s). If you have at least 3 years of professional experience and knowledge of the following technologies then shoot me a resume and we'll talk.

Mandatory skills:
* Java (especially servlets)
* Java IDE (especially NetBeans or Eclipse)
* AJAX/Javascript/CSS/HTML (especially YUI but ExtJS/jQuery/Dojo experience a plus).
* Relational database (especially MySQL)

Serious consideration to candidates with the following:
* Some type of source control (especially CVS)
* Hibernate
* JasperReports
* Web or app development for smartphones (specifically iPhone, BB and Android)
* RESTful web services in Java
* Visual Basic (you would not believe how many legacy conversion opportunities are out there). :duh:
