In the article it said 300 cars were stopped.

That road isn't very heavily traveled. They were basically stopping every other vehicle. Nearly 1/3 of them were given a citation. And with a speed limit of 35 on the majority part of that road they could basically have their pick of the litter.

Oh, there are plenty of other great roads in north Georgia. The loop is one of the most popular but all of north Georgia is covered with great roads for bikes.
