I saw this pocess few weeks ago and was thinking of having some of my car interior trim parts done this way. I was looking at having themm wrapped but this looks like it would be a better process for alll the curves on these parts. I need to come by and see samples in person to find which will match best to what I already have done.

Can you dip race fairings? They are large, have many angles, and are very cumbersome.

aaron we did a test with the red base and the digital i think it turned out great ! let me see if i can get you a pic,

as far as race farings go im pretty sure we can it all just depoends on the size,sopme objects require militiple dips, there will be a seam made but we do it very cleanly, the angles are our friends, the pattern turns to liquid and fills the creveces and curves just as you would dip it into a regular pool of water.

Dante, got word that my new superbike tail should be shipping this Friday so if it gets here in time and I can lay down the red on it I'll try and come up next Friday otherwise it will be a couple of weeks before I can make it up there.

? you lay down the red ? we do the base coat, because the base coat and the " pattern " cure as a whole. there is a limited amount of time we have from painting to dipping it >4 hours.

if you have a color code or certian color we can make it or get it mixxed for you.

hope this clears things up i didnt want you to bring us a pre painted tail because then we would just have to sand it back down. kk
