I know, this should be in the newb part, but on my slider kit, it say's it does not have to be cut, looking at pics of them installed on another R1, they are cleanly installed because you can see the engine bolts. My question is, which bolts do I replace with the frame sliders? I dont want to remove the wrong one and hear a clank as my engine falls to the ground (you know what I mean). But there are like three different locations and I cannot find it on the R1 forum.

Bolt 4 should be the one you replace with the frame sliders. Do one side at a time and you shouldn't have a problem.

My LPs came with very straight forward instructions. One of the only pluses about them.

Its probably a 8mm or 10mm allen bolt. Your motor has more than 2 motor mounts and it wont budge by removing just one of them. Most allen sets come with sizes up to 10mm.
