He sold the VFR?!?!?
At his age, a bicycle ride on a hot day will give him a heart attack.

Hi Eddie !
I ran at BC this morning. Lite crowd. Just me and two hotties. They ignored me. I are crushed.. hahahaha
Hey Tony and Scott. Looking, still looking for a replacement bike. Guarentee to have prior to Indy...
Seems I am torn. Looking at R1's, BMW R1200's, Concours, GSXR's.....
So many bikes, so little time..
I have had both sets of grandkids here over the last 4 weeks and all my spare time has been hiding from them!
Mark, you can't even spell "road bike" let alone ride one... 52 ya are. Give up sex yet? I mean.. with the opposite sex?
Howdy Carl !!!. Great to see you on the site ! I agree with you. Brisk walks can be hazardous to my health. DId you see me in the Peachtree race? I was the guy on the motorized wheelchair.
So, I calculated the average age of you posters... old.....
have a great day boys !!!!

buy a K1300S Bill. You wont be disappointed. It does it all. Comfort and speed/handling.

I still say track bike first, then a street bike. The track bike will satisfy your need for speed with "less risk". Then for a street bike, something more tour oriented... oh wait, that's what I should do.
How the hell are ya Bill?

Just did Road A on the 4th with STT.. You missed out on a great weekend there. The weather was nearly perfect.
Next one for me is at Roebling on Friday 7/23. That's the practice before the Wera races that weekend. There are still plenty of openings though... jump in man.

a k1300s is only a couple thou more than a k1200s if you look in the right places. the 1300 comes setup with the proper geometry to run the 190/55 and seems to be an all around better bike.

I like em all.
If I get to K1300S pricing, then, again, this would open up a whole lot of bikes to look at.

I'll be home working on a truck for the most part, then I "might" be doing a little local dirt rideing if I'm done with the truck in time.....but probably not.
If ya wanna come by, give me a call and I'll plan on staying home.
