the guy made his money, and now he wants to win a championship and realizes he can't do it on his own.
he had the opportunity to go play for some super-magical fantasy quality team and is taking it.

ain't nothing wrong with that.

EXACTLY. NBA is a joke. Lebron is a joke.

A 1 hour tv special over which team he was choosing?! REALLY?!

For what its worth, miami heat season tickets have already sold out.

If you are from Cleveland, the whole thing sucks balls. They did not deserve to be humiliated on national TV. If Lebron wants to win a title and doesn't think he can in Cleveland, fine. Leave with some class and dignity. The whole Lebron brand is tarnished after last nights spectacle.

Yes, I'm a bit jaded. If he blew out his knee the 1st game he has with the Heat, I'd be happy.

Of course I know who he is, but I could give a shiz about where else he goes to make a bagillion dollars throwing a ball through a hoop.

ESPN must really be desperate for shows if they needed to do the LJ thing

sounds a bit highschoolish...
o wait, they did draft a high school kid. next time, draft pro's not kids.

controversy and conflict sells more tickets and viewership.

Looks like you care more than most, to go to the effort of a poll?

Kobe and Lebron both came out of high school. Serious skill...

i thought Kobe was drafted while in college...
when i lived in canton (not too far away from akron), i remember reading about Lebron being scouted while still in high school.

Kobe is on a different level than Lebron "The so called king" and he has a handful of rings to prove it.

Not a big thugsketball fan but reading the comments about Clevelands reaction is entertaining. I saw him play live once, nothing special.

For those that care, the commissioner of the NBA expressed his displeasure with the way Lebron made a big deal out of the whole thing. Said he should have let Cleveland know earlier.

However the owner of the Cavs was fined $100,000 for the statement he made.
