If he had lived, they might have charged him with theft.

So the driver of the SUV that pulled out in front of the biker is not being charged. Regardless if the biker lived or not, okay so that is something to remember.

Too may unknowns, if the bike was speeding why would the SUV driver be faulted?

Agreed, they are too many unknowns. It may take some time to really find out too.

I ride at 2 am on a semi regular basis when I am on holiday. So yeah I am weird I guess, but me bikes are not stolen either.

article says "it is unclear..." how have so many drawn conclusions from that? RIP

Of course the newspaper is leaving open the possibility that he borrowed the bike and didn't know it was stolen. Or he just bought it and hadn't found out that it was stolen yet. Or the theft report wasn't true. There's lots of possibilities and only two clear facts. The bike was reported stolen. He died riding it.

Sunday nights in that area is bike night at the Frozen Palace. That would be close to closing time for them and there would be a lot of bikes out on Old National at that time. Sunday nights at the Frozen Palace is just about the equivalent of the Vortex on Thursday nights except with more bling.

I believe he is talking about the Mexican restaurant that sits right by the expressway (old Target parking lot, I believe). I never met this guy, but he is the second guy to die in their bike club within 12 months. RIP.

I saw a chick piss in a urinal once at the Omni during an R.E.M. concert. The results weren't as tragic as this though...

What MC was he riding with?
I have ridden with 12-15 different Clubs from that area when we used to meet at Mozely Park and Frozen Palace (before they were closed) then rollout from there.
RIP to the rider, no matter if the bike was stolen or not somewhere theres people hurt by his passing.
