Hey Guys,

I have a big favor to ask of you. As some of you guys know I work at Egleston Children's Hospital, part of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. I had the chance to take care of a wonderful 11 year old boy from Minnesota who is a up and coming motocross racers. He was visiting Atlanta to ride the RedBull charity event at Bremen Ga. While at practice on Friday the 25, he had a little spill and broke his femur. Egleston fixed him up good and let him leave the hospital early so he could attend the AMA Supercross Event at the Ga Dome on Saturday the 26. While he and his family was at the Supercross Event at the GA Dome. Some thieves broken into his family's Blue F-350 Diesel and tried to separate the Black Enclosed snowmobile trailer, but failed. So they punched out the ignition and stole the truck and trailer. Leaving Him and his whole family behind. They stole everything he had. His motorcross gear, his dirt bikes, his quads, his tools, laptop, everything. I would just like everyone to please keep an eye or ear out for his stuff. They left him with a broken femur in a wheel chair for 2 hours waiting, and only left him the clothes on his back.

Some identifying stickers is his number plate is #531 and his sponser was David Allen Racing. I do not have the VIN's yet but I will keep you guys post once I receive the info. I know some is a little vauge, but this is all I have right now.

1. Late 2000's Red Honda CR 85. #531

2. 2006/07? Black and Orange KTM 65. #531

3. Forrest Green Artic Cat Quad/4-Wheeler unknown model

4. Arctic Cat Generator unknown model

5. Troy Lee Red White Blue Riding Gear Size 26

6. M/L High End Bell Dirt Helmet

7. Leat Knee and Neck Brace

They have recovered the Truck and trailer but none of the contents

I purposely did not include his name as requested of his mother. If anyone has heard anything please give me a call at 678-978-0555 or email me jlu2@students.kennesaw.edu. Or if anyone remembers seeing anything please let me know and Atlanta Police Department know they are handling this case. It was a Blue Ford F-350 Diesel with a tan cover and Black Enclose V nose snowmobile trailer parked at the GA Dome. thank you so much in advance. I know this is a long shot, but I feel like I have do what I can for this boy.

Amen. Some people think its just a bike but to some owners alot of hard work has gone into buying something they have wanted for a while never mind trying to maintain it, For some little .... to come and just take it!

I think the knee-capping idea is a little extreme. Don't you?

First, they should get a trial by a jury of their peers. I think a small group of fellow cyclists, like ourselves, for instance, would do. Followed by removal of their hands, then a knee-capping, and proper public hanging.

Fuggin thieves.

If they realised trully what they have taken away from someone i think some of them would learn, i know bikes to some people arn't everything but what they may have done to get that bike. I think bikes should be made abit more theft proof too.
