Once again we must seek and go to the foreign press to find out what the Chairman and his queen are up to. As usual they are up to no good. The president has to pay for a lot of his (and his family's) own stuff when they occupy the whitehouse e.g., food (state dinners can get pricey) and dry cleaning. The 60 rooms for 40 friends bit, I'd guess that their security detail is accounting for those extra 20 rooms.
