Can anyone recommend a gun/shooting/firing range around Sandy Springs? I know of American Classic Marksman and Bull's Eye but am looking for something closer.
TIA!

Ack. People listed a bunch before The Great Crash of 2010. I only know of Nicks in Marietta. I'm new to the area.

Wild West/Hotshots at the end of Windy Hill. Clean, nicely merchandised, safe.

Thanks for posting a link. It is a few miles from the house and knew it was going in, but never seen the link before.

It looks like a REALLY nice range, but the fees are pretty killer. $19 for a day? Its probably worth becoming a member, they have a lounge and lockers o.O

I'm certain they do... their range is 35 yards and they have a tactical range.

Nicks is dirty and smokey.
Pannells is the same way.
WWT is nice.
The new range is supposed to be nice.
Personally, I prefer to shoot at an outdoor range. Not as loud, less smokey, etc. I belong to Creekside up in Taylorsville and love it.

They have a 35 yard lane. The opening is today.

40 mins from my house but probably worth the trip for the 100yds.

I went to http://www.sandyspringsshootingrange.com today during lunch for the $10 special. It was their second day open so had they computer problems and all three lanes were very hot due to some circulation issues. Nice facility and friendly staff though. The automated target system in the rifle lanes looks awesome. You can have it run up and down range, goodguy/badguy switch, side pivot, etc. They have a computer there you can use to program your own tasks or you can use one of the presets. There is a big member's lounge with lockers and a gun cleaning station. Once they get the payment computers and A/C figured out that place is going to be NICE.
