Posted this before the board went down, figured I'm put it back up again and update it.
I found this for 100 bucks on craigslist, the engine is seized, but it shouldn't be too hard to fix. It's a 2004 Yahama TT-R125, 4 stroke.

Freed the piston, honed the cylinder, welded the back left corner of the frame back on, welded the muffler back onto the pipe. Next I'm going to strip the frame down, strip all the paint off and powder coat it.

Got the engine reassembled and put back in the bike. Also picked up a new tube for the front tire.
Now I can't get the clutch engaged, the shifter won't come out of first gear, and the main fuel inlet to the carb is clogged. Have to pick up some carb cleaner tomorrow, should be able to get it started atleast. Going to pull the clutch apart and see what's going on with it also.

Found out the exhaust valve was bent and the camshaft, where the cam gear bolts on, was stripped out. Located a new, complete, head on craigslist for 40 bucks.
Put everything back together, pulled the clutch out and freed up the stuck packs, then reassembled. Threw the engine in the bike, put a new tube in the front tire. The front brakes don't work, tired bleeding them, but no luck. I think the master cylinder is shot.
Now the bike fires right up, first kick I was out doing wheelies in front of my house for 30 mins or so
Out of pocket, I've spent a total of 180 dollars on this little project.

Nice find!
I'm working on finding a mini for myself right now as well.
