I'm trying to put my rear wheel back on but seems like something is not in the right place...

You probably need a service manual or try someplace like bikebandit and look at the parts fiche which shows the parts and how they're arranged. It's not always 100% clear but it might answer your question. Kawasaki will sell you either an owner's manual or a service manual. Sux. I think the others have the owner's manuals on line as PDFs.

lol, the peices that was in the wheel I think they may have gotten mixed up cause, I can't get the tire up in there without taking my brake out? I'm looking at the online serivce manual (which I downloaded for free) and it shows a pic but not really sure...Can anyone that have a 636 take a pic of the rear back side where the chain and the wheel meets the frame?? I took a pic of my wheels before I took them off but didn't get this angle,

Here's a link (http://www.bikebandit.com/assets/schematics/Kawasaki/KA-0106-01398.gif) to the parts fiche at bikebandit. It shows all the bits and pieces and the order they go in.
