7 if you do the accelerated course and pass all. It becomes much cheaper to jump after you're certified as well.

0 We have a course called AFF. You go thru the ground school, you have two instructors holding you stable in freefall, & we assist you in deploying your own parachute.

You got that wrong bucko. When you do AFF, you DON'T go nuts to butts. That's the point. You jump on your own, you throw your own chute, and you control your descent/landing.

So Nick have you ever skydived?

Yes and no. I went to Skydive the farm. I did my level one AFF class (took about 6 hours.. there were only 2 of us in the class, and the instructor was this old hippy named... Andy, I think? Coolest old dude ever). We were geared up and walking to our bus to get on the plane and as we stepped on the bus, it started pouring. So, theoretically, I'm qualified to jump (or, at least, i WAS :lol:) but I never got to go. They still owe me a free class/jump (They wouldn't give me a refund, since I'd already spent 6 hours taking the class), but since that's out in the boonies in GA, and I live in FL now, I'll probably never get to go back there. So basically, I wasted $350 or so on a useless class. Oh well.
