Personally, I run Rotella T 5w40 full synthetic and have for years.

Professionally we use Castrol 4T part synthetic. 10w40.

Unless its a v-twin in which case we use as preferred by the manufacturer.

Motul, and only Motul.
lemme know how much money youve spent needlessly at the end of the season (that is if youre changing your oil on the racebike every weekend or every other weekend).

If youre changing your oil on your racebike that often (which you should be), unless youve got some sort of sponsorship and Motul is being GIVEN to ya, youre throwing money out the window (imo, anyhow).

Ive been running Rotella in my racebike for almost 5 years now. Change it every other weekend, and its only $20/oil change.

depends upon wat style ur riding like raceing or just casual riding

racing stick to the 5w-20 to 5w-40

casual jus stick to 10w-40 or 10w-30

the type of oil like castrol or somethin like tht id use wat they prefer in the manual say u ride a kawasaki then id stick twith there oil if its suzuki stick with theirs and its close to the same price of most sythetic oils. but if your riding a v-twin id stick with a 10w-40 oil cuz thts wat they recomend for vtwin motors. i hope this helps out

Ive been running Rotella in my racebike for almost 5 years now. Change it every other weekend, and its only $20/oil change.

I've heard the argument and just because it works doesn't mean it's what I want to use. I run it because it's great oil and I've never has an issue with it. I will not run Repsol anymore due to the top end noise I get in my old bikes. Motul is a bit more pricey, but it's in almost as good of shape when it comes out after 2 race weekends as it was when it went in. Speaks volumes to me.

I love Rotella, and run it in all of my diesel trucks, but I'm pretty happy with the motul. A sponsorship would be great, but I don't have one now or anytime soon with my crap stats.

That's what I was using, but last weekend I changed up to Mobil 1 full synthetic 10w40 and noticed after an hour of riding, smoother shifts. But the price tune of $40 plus filter is not very nice on my wallet. My buddy just put in Rotella T6 and seems to be good. Im gonna keep the Mobil 1 in until my race day and then probably change to Rotella T6 for price savings.
