I just accepted a (better) job with another company so my position is up for grabs.
Prefer potiential hire to live within 20 miles of the office in Duluth, near 120 and PIB.

STAFFING COORDINATOR
DESCRIPTION:
This is a challenging position which involves staffing and data management for a fast growing in home care provider.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scheduling caregiver employees for in-home assignment.
Managing and maintaining communication for office with clients and caregiver employees.
Preparing data for payroll and billing.
Interviewing and making hiring decisions.
Maintaining and monitoring all shifts using company system.
Maintaining clients and caregivers data in company system.
Responding to circumstances to ensure all shifts are covered.
Assist manager with other office duties as assigned.
Supervisory responsibilities.
After hours on call duty.
JOB SKILLS
Two years of staffing experience required.
Experience with in home care agency preferred.
Ability to multi-task and work independently.
Initiative in completing assignments and finding solutions to problems.
Strong interpersonal skills required, with the ability to interact effectively at different social levels and diverse cultures.
Strong customer service skills required.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer experience with skills in Microsoft Office products and Quickbooks.
Must be comfortable learning and becoming expert with new software.
Must be well organized and detail oriented
