How was it? I want to get over there this week. But damn it's getting cold quick. I actually want to go back to the beach. I'm thinking about relocating in a year or so when my wife gets the RN.

Ended up not going. My son had a rough night Sat night and that translated to me and Becca also having a rough night:lol: After that I didnt feel like doing anything other than sitting at the house.

I am going to try to ride either Tuesday or Wednesday of this week. I could do either MM or HP but would prefer to break out the 450 and HP is better for that. Let me know if you want to go.

I"ll be there on the 12th with a bunch of friends. Lots of beginners renting bikes, some intermediate guys. should be anywhere from 6 to 12 of us so we'll split up during the day and just have fun.. pm me for info or just look for a bunch of older guys on rental bikes. i'll have my KTM 450 XC #647. probably driving a silver jeep grand cherokee.

Sarah and I were out at HP on Sat Dec 4th for the ladies Spa Day. If you haven't been in a while there is some great new single track. 34, 35, 36, 37, & 40. Trl 35 has these down hill switch backs like you would find in Colorado. Riding these new single track, you'll also find these new hubs that the single track connects to. Pretty cool! Trail 15 has been totally re-worked with an A & B section and is a ton of fun. Trail 12 has also been redone with A & B sections too. Also lots of work on other places on the property. The MXGP track was in primo condition while we were there too.

This area is far from Hot Hell in California those 95 degree to 100 degree days was a death trap. We didn't have the humity the southeast has but it's a dry heat wave none the less. Pack water and your all good to go.

95F and humid there is no different than 95F and humid here. The difference is that down there it lasts longer each year:up:
