Best of luck to you. I'm heading that way tomorrow, it will be my first time there as well...albeit a track day, so I can take some time getting up to speed. Let us know how you do!

You got that right! I just want to add that Roebling was very, very easy on tires. It's the least abrasive track I've been on by far.

Beating me is like winning the special Olympics... It doesn't say much about your level of skill. On the flip side, I'll give you a run here because it's not all left handers and my knee is making some progress. It's on bish!

They have lots of power and some water hook ups. Gates usually close at 10 and they don't let anyone in after that. Don't try to sneak in or you'll be banned for life. If you have a dog, keep it on a leash and pick up their messes. Used to be no pit bikes, not sure if they have changed that or not, I doubt it. Don't go too fast in the paddock or they'll chase you down. Follow all the rules, they are very strick (he's ex military). And watch out for Turn 4 and the last turn before the straight. They'll bite you in the ass.

Yes, they will. I saved a highside in turn 4 and went off in that last turn before the straight.

You cannot be serious? Well, that bike does have more hits than the beetles, so I guess it's possible.

Tally nationals or Nashville? nashville will be another good, even playing field like rrr was. Never been there so we'll both be learning again and I will be down on power in the straights but making it up in the curves vs. your scrawny a$$ and 750... Just don't shoot yourself to the moon!!! RRR was a ton of fun! So much easier when I'm not scrambling to repair the bike from a wreck!
