ah NO...This is the Kevin who was hit from a car in Marietta.

The post in the forum with his birth / death dates has the full story in it but in a very small nutshell: Kevin was a "do anything for anyone" kind of friend who was on his way home from Microcenter aboard his Triumph when a woman left turned in front of him on Delk road.
Woman has turned down every plea agreement and has yet to accept or admidt any responsibility for the accident.

From the two or so times I talked with him he seemed like a really nice guy. I hope his family gets the justice they deserve.

i really hope the best for his family.. it must be hard.. seeing this though really makes me think.. This past Fri one of my Best friends was in a head on accident with a motorcycle and the guy died on his way to the hospital.. my friend is really down about this bc he to road bikes from time to time and know how everything is.. http://www.ajc.com/news/gwinnett/gwinnett-man-killed-in-792503.html ..

just thought i throw this out there.. cant blame people 100% for others deaths.. bc accidents do happen.. but i hope the best for both families...

More details later but: the lady who turned left in front Kevin appears to accepting a plea deal. Kev's parents and the prosecutor are in discussion but it looks like it will involve reimbursement of some expenses, education and a lot of community service.
