Well, Newnan's been getting hit for a couple hours now with mostly sleet and its still coming down strong. I'm listening to the scanner and its going nuts out there with all kinds of people off the road and crashes.

I put a tarp over it last year and the dog ran across it so that was the end of that..... There are better tarps out there, but I'm too cheap to buy one so we just leave it open.

Dang! That is a lot of snow for the ATL. Now that i'm up in Erie, PA, it's nothing. But it seems you guys have more on the ground right now than we do!

I've lived in Georgia for about 16 years and I've never seen it snow this fast here (used to live up north). Whats abnormal about this recent snow storm is that:
1. It stuck to the roads
2. Daily high temperatures below 32º means that ice/snow will still be on the roads for 2-3 days

Debating going in to work tomorrow. The other cars on the roads are what I am worried about since the main road I take in hasn't been plowed
