I have lived hear 10 years, been to a couple of professional events, and sporting events, and never once seen the whole crowd sing along when they sing the Anthem. Where im from everyone sing along and was just dumb founded by the fact that they say this country has so many patriots and stuff but more than half the population dont even know the anthem word by word. Seeing this made me smile and i hope there is more of it to come :up:

They use too, or did when I was a kid anyhow. Its sad nowa days, cant say the pledge in school, cant pray in school. Hell I'm surprised they still do a pray in NASCAR!

It really is sad, i agree with you, the way i feel about it is do it, i mean after all isnt that what this country was established on?... i was just saying to me personaly its kinda crazy going to an event and they dont even sing the anthem together. The sad thing is you can do a pole and see how many people know the anthem and more people way say God bless America is the anthem rather than Star spangeld banner.. if you still want to see some nice sing alongs check out Flowery of Scotland Rugby Matches or even soccer :up:... nothing like 80,000+ people singing together

My daughter still says the pledge in school every morning. I still stand, sing and hand on heart also.
