Need help with rear tire for ninja 636

I have been having trouble installing my rear tire something must not be in the right spot.
Is there anyone around woodstock that can help me today after 2pm? I was hoping to ride this weekend but my wife had to take my truck out of town and I can't trailer it anywhere. I'm stuck and have been for almost 2weeks,
