<$2000 bike wanted

I have a buddy that is getting a bike early next week. Does anyone have one on here for sale less than $2000 and prefer $1500. It doesn't have to be a sportbike. He is looking at a V65 right now for <$1500.

It needs a resto to be a show bike but it rides good. It was my buddies daily ride then he traded it & some cash to me for one of my bikes. I was gonna cafe it but I've got too many projects and need the room. I put the front fender back on it and gave it a bath since these photos.

Tell him to start shopping now and keep and eye on ebay and cl. I backed out of buying a 2008 ninja 250 for 1600 with nothing wrong with it. Scratch on the fairing and 7k miles was the only negatives. Deals are out there..... for whatever he wants. I got my 99 zx6r for $1200 2 years ago... Needs to decide what he really wants within reason and start looking hard for that....
