Friend's 2005 Kawi 636 was stolen from the parking deck of his apartment a few weeks ago near the Perimeter area. Has custom Starfire Pearl paint job and halo lights.

yeah, this is my bike. I will post more detail about the bike when I get home, but here's what I can remember about my bike:
GP Galpher SS Front Lines
Black Rear Sets
Power Commander
GP Exhaust
HID Projector Headlights
Starfire Pearl Paint (original coat was the Blue Pearl)
Integrated Tail light
Clear turn signals
License place holder is setup under the tail near the rear suspension.
Some things that can be noticed to distinguish the bike: Stator cover is scratched. Only one HID worked. Annoyingly Loud bike. Galpher sticker on the front nose. ZX-6R decal has a "Special Edition" decal in red under it. ZX-6R decal on the front of the tail section between rear seat and rider's seat. Fairings is CUT on lower right fairing to make space and room for the GP exhaust. Bike has 16K miles on it.
The guys at Marietta Motorsports have seen and worked on my bike. I'll let them know about this as well.
If you know anything about the bike, please contact me at joonsu82@gmail.com or on my cell at six-seven-eight-386-six-seven-seven-nine.
Thanks for keeping an eye out for my bike!

Key thing is the white color seeing how they were not offered in that. Can't be too many white ones running around.

yeah... I'm hoping that the white will be the thing that gets it recovered. I don't really know what to do now... I filed a report and had it reported to my insurance... not sure if there is anything else I need to do... like DMV visit? title? etc?

Not much else you can do.

Your insurance claims adjuster will probably call you in a few days. The lady from State Farm called me and said they usually wait 2-3 weeks to see if it gets recovered and then they settle.
Start gathering all the paperwork you have on the mods/any money you ever put into it so you can maximize your insurance check.
Sucks to hear man, I had mine stolen in August and feel your pain.

Eskimo,
I had my bike stolen a few months ago. It sucks. One thing that you should do if you claim the insurance on it is to notify the county tax office. I just received my bill for my bike taxes this year because I forgot to report it stolen to them. It's one of the things that could slip your mind and if you do not catch it in time you could end up owing some cash to the local gov.
Hope they find your bike. I just received word they finally put an officer on my case (the yellow SuperHawk listed below this thread). Notice the date I posted? That was the date it was stolen. Just a week or two ago I got the letter in the mail that they are finally going to start looking! :) FML!
Good luck.
PS: I am in the same boat and mindset you are in. I live in an apt in Kennesaw and my motorcycle days are over until I have a house with a garage. It's just not worth putting something else out there to have stolen.
