So I ghost rode the stunt bike into a wall last weekend... it bounced backwards about 5 feet and the sick innovations cage saved my front end. (The front wheel hit the cage bar that goes behind it and kept it from going into the headers or radiator)

Anyway, I sold my race stands with my racebike 2 years ago and have no front stand so one of my stunt friends clued me in on this amazing method and I feel motivated to share... just grab an old helmet you don't care about and a 2x4 (in my case I used another small piece of wood and a 2x4 because I bent mine doing kickstand tricks).

The kickstand goes on top of the 2x4 to keep the bike from leaning too far and you throw the helmet under the headers... BAM... front stand.

Yea so those forks were only slightly bent. But, thanks to the best front stand of all time... I'm now ready for my new forks to arrive tomorrow.

the forks looked to be bent almost identically. you couldnt have just adapted to the new quick(er) steering and ridden the way it was?

Stunt bikes dont need stands.... Just push em over.

True... but this super awesome amazing method works for bikes without cages =)

Besides I had to remove the cage as the front wheel was stuck on it and I'm adding an extension to my clutch arm so it will be easier to pull.

I don't like to see the calipers hanging from the brake lines...I guess I'm too careful.

I've used an engine hoist with a ratchet strap around the upper neck of the frame in the past.
