Hello all,
My name is Demric. Not only am I new to GSB, but I am also a new rider as of April 08. I own a '04 Honda CBR 600RR, so i have plenty of questions and encourage expertise. I am lookiing forward to the new experience, the ride, and making new friends.

Hi Demric, welcome to GSB....I've been riding for a little while(30 yrs) and ride a CBR600F2, its a carb bike where I believe yours is a fuelie but if you have any questions, fire away, lots of good info to be gleaned from folks on this site. Where are you located?

Welcome aboard kind sir, any questions go ahead and ask, a wide variety of riders inhabits this site. I have been riding since 1975, dirt, dual sport, touring and sport bikes.

Sounds good! We need to connect sometime this week if possible. Also, a couple of us are trying to connect Friday, want in? Working on a loaction today. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the site. I have friend's in Texas so I know the Austin /Dallas area pretty well. Nice to meet you and great choice on the Bike. I too ride a Honda and looking for an update sometime this year.

Thanks for the welcome. Man most if not all of my family is in Texas - Dallas/Houston/Austin/San Antonio/East Texas..Witchita Falls. Lol We're all over.
I love the bike! For me, I am more pleased now then when I first bought it. It's a great STARTER bike for newbie. I'm no expert but try to learn something new everytime I ride.
If I may ask, what year is your bike and what type of update are you anticipating?

Mine is the last Generation for this style (2006) and updates are about done for now (LOL). Frame sliders added last year new plastic's added (repainted black) and Helibar clip on added . In the process on gaining my Gixxer style mirrors back however I changed the mirror to carbon fiber now. Bike proformance gain's are Two brothers exhaust with Usb map changes. Clear Led's mod and intergrated turn signals.
