Anyone know a good divorce lawyer? Don't ask for details on why I'm asking, not going to go into it. Just hoping someone who's been through this crappy process might know a lawyer who can help ease the pain and help me through this.

Randall Kessler, my mom used him. One of the top lawyers in ATL. It'll cost you though.

Will it be constested? in other words how hard is the attorney suspected to work. I know a guy that can file all of the paperwork for a minimal fee, my buddy just went through it and costs less than 1k.

Please send me his info. There's little to contest luckily, we don't own a house, and no kids or significant assets.

You know why divorce is expensive? Because it's worth it.

Damn dude, sorry to hear this. Hang in there man. Yeah, luckily you don't have much to divy up. Should make it relatively clean, unless she's going to try to go after you for alimony, but if you both work, why should she get that? Not like she's been a stay at home mom with no job skills.

Man, stuff like this really makes me not want to get hitched... I've worked WAY too hard, WAY too long to have some chick come in say she loves me, play along for 2 years and then take away everything I've built up.
