What Happened To WERA Endurance?

Surprised to see only 15 bikes on the grid. Anyone miss Vesrah yet?

Went to my first CMRA 6 hour endurance race and the grid was full. Had to get use to all the rules though. 35mph speed limit on pit lane, no working on the bike when fueling, officials throwing out time penalties left and right. Oh yea, they let provisional novices race!

Yea, the one Ben Bostrom would of finished 8 laps behind Vesrah (from last year's results) and almost half of the 15 entrants had mechanical /dnf's/crashed.

And oddly none of the crashing was on pit lane....

The Endurance series is doing just fine thanks. Given the economy it's not easy for anyone to afford a couple of sets of tires etc... to go run a 4 hour. I do miss Vesrah merely because I've been friends with all of them for a long time, even before Vesrah existed. Zyvax 2 finished 5 laps behind Vesrahs results from 2009, weather conditions played a large part in that.

So anyway, thanks for the concern Hank but WERA is doing great, things are picking up this year for sure.
