2011 SportBikeChix Rally at Fontana Village Resort/ Deal's Gap

July 25-27 we will gather for 3 days of riding, hanging out with friends and raising money for The Domestic Violence Hotline.

If you call Fontana for reservation and say you're with us you will get special rates ($80 for lodge rooms, $80 for 1 bdrm Willow Cabins and $129 for Hemlock 2 bdrm). The Rally fees are $40 per person which includes dinner, welcome bag and a Tshirt. All proceeds will be donated to TheHotline.org (1.800.799.SAFE (7233)) to help raise awareness.

We just got confirmation that Leo Vince will be sponsoring for a 2nd year in a row. They will be donating 2 custom slip-ons which will be auctioned off at the dinner on Tues night! Its a certificate you redeem and work directly with LV to get something for your bike.

We are working with Monster, RideLikeAGirl, Sport Bikes 4 Hire, Killboy and Girl Clutch as well as HEROIC right now. We are sending and receiving more emails every day.

I do need registration and fees paid for attendees. Once I get the confirmation from Paypal you'll get a notice. That will be your ticket for your shirt and meal on Tues. Fontana is catering dinner. We have the ballroom right next to the bar! We're having pull pork beans and coleslaw.

This rate is valid for Sunday, 24 July through Thursday, 28 July 2011. I will work with Lacey at Fontana to see about having this rate available starting on Saturday, 23 July as some of us like to arrive early.

When making your reservations, please mention that you are with SportBikeChix.com to receive the rally rate. Please also note that you'll need to pay a deposit when making the reservation of the first night's stay. If you have to cancel for any reason, you will be refunded your deposit minus $50.

Be sure to make your reservations soon!!! In 2011 we'll actually be coming in the week before the Miata's, so hopefully the room availability issue will not be there this year.
